SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM Managing Consultant (US Citizen or Perm Resident req)
This position has 4 openings.
SAP Skills 
  • Minimum 3-5 end to end implementation projects in SAP Plant Maintenance.
  • 10-12+ years of SAP experience.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years in SAP Plant Maintenance.
  • Collaborate with clients to implement and develop SAP solutions tailored to their EAM needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
  • Drive and conduct design workshops focused on EAM processes, facilitating discussions to identify requirements and develop solutions.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of Equipment and Technical Objects, Preventive Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Damage-Related Maintenance, Maintenance Order Management, Work Clearance Management, and MRS.
  • Ensure effective integration of SAP EAM (including PM, MRS, Mobile) with S/4 HANA to optimize asset management processes.
  • Lead design sessions, guiding teams through the implementation of SAP EAM and SSAM solutions, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Perform hands-on functional configuration of SAP EAM, SSAM Mobile, and PM to meet client requirements and improve system efficiency.
  • Working Experience with SAP Field Service Management and SAP Asset Performance Management will be considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with EAM-GIS integration is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Processes.

  • Coordinate teams in discovering, understanding, and resolving anomalies to ensure solution and delivery quality.
  • Taking complex requirements and either matching them to out-of-box capabilities or achieving a final design through minimal customization of the PM solution.
  • Conducting formal blueprinting workshops for small to larger business users.
  • Review the pros/cons of potential design options with clients and guide them to an optimized AP solution design.
  • Configuring and testing SAP PM systems to reflect designed solutions.
  • Creating project documentation (Infrastructure, Configuration, Functional Design, etc.).
  • You will assist customers in the decision process.
  • Be able to give product training to clients.
  • Actively share product and functional knowledge within the team.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and product demonstrations.

This role requires up to 20% travel to the customer location.
